Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to any enquiry, quotation or booking made with MFrench Catering Limited. Please read them alongside your individual quotation, which sets out the specific details of your event.
1. About us
MFrench Catering Limited is registered in England & Wales, company number 16934420, registered office 47 Swanbridge Road, Bexleyheath, DA7 5BS.
2. Quotations & booking confirmation
Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise and are based on the guest numbers, menu and requirements provided at the time. A booking is only confirmed once we have received your signed acceptance and any required deposit.
3. Deposits & payment
A non-refundable deposit is typically required to secure your event date, with the balance due ahead of the event as set out in your quotation. Late payment may affect our ability to deliver your booking as planned.
4. Final numbers & changes
Final guest numbers and menu selections should be confirmed no later than 14 days before your event. Increases in numbers after this point will be accommodated where possible, subject to availability and additional cost.
5. Cancellations
Cancellation terms depend on how far in advance of the event you cancel, and are set out in your booking confirmation. Deposits are generally non-refundable; cancellations closer to the event date may incur further charges to cover ingredients, staffing and preparation already committed.
6. Dietary requirements & allergens
We ask that all dietary requirements and allergies are confirmed in writing ahead of your event. While we take great care in preparing allergen-aware menus, our kitchen handles a range of ingredients and we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
7. Access, equipment & venue
You are responsible for ensuring our team has suitable access to your venue for setup, service and clearing, and for confirming what catering equipment the venue already provides. Any specific venue restrictions should be communicated to us in advance.
8. Liability & insurance
MFrench Catering Limited holds public liability insurance for the services we provide. We are not liable for issues arising from third-party suppliers, venue conditions outside our control, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including extreme weather or supply shortages.
9. Photography
We may photograph food and event setups for our own marketing purposes. Please let us know in advance if you would prefer your event not to be photographed or featured.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England & Wales, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
